Device Information: Device type, operating system
Push Notification Token: To send order status updates
App Usage Data: For error tracking and app improvements

Water type and quantity ordered
Order timestamps and status
Payment method (Cash on Delivery)
Delivery photos (proof of delivery)
Payment status (paid/unpaid)

3. How We Use Your Information

Process and deliver your water orders
Send you order status notifications
Authenticate your account via SMS OTP
Show your location to suppliers for delivery
Track payment status and unpaid balances
Provide delivery proof photos

4.1 With Suppliers

When you place an order, we share with the assigned supplier:

Delivery address and GPS coordinates
Order details (water type, quantity)
Delivery notes

Supabase: Database and authentication (USA servers)
Semaphore API: SMS OTP delivery (Philippines)
Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications
Cloudinary: Delivery photo storage
Sentry: Error tracking (anonymized)
Google Maps: Location services

4.3 We Never Share

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data stored securely in Supabase (encrypted at rest)
SMS OTP codes expire after 5 minutes
Location data stored as coordinates only
Photos stored securely on Cloudinary
Regular security audits performed

6. Data Retention

Account Data: Kept until you request deletion
Order History: Kept indefinitely for business records
OTP Codes: Deleted after verification or 5 minutes
Delivery Photos: Kept for 1 year for dispute resolution

Request deletion of your account
Opt-out of push notifications (in app settings)
Withdraw location permission (in device settings)

8. Children's Privacy

TubigPadala is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
